There Is No Place Like Home for the Holidays 5K & 10K Race Description
There is no place like home for the holidays! With the holidays coming, we want to celebrate with our second annual There is No Place Like Home for the Holidays 5K & 10K! We also love the Wizard of Oz, we we encourage you click our ruby red shoes together and say, There’s No Place Like Home!
December 21 is National Homeless Person’s Remembrance Day. There are so many people without a place to call home for the holidays and we dedicate our race to them. We will be donating at least 15% of each registration to the National Health Care for the Homeless Council, which is a network of more than 10,000 doctors, nurses, social workers, patients, and advocates who share the mission to eliminate homelessness.
