Did you know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month? We are helping create awareness with our fourth annual Be Kind to Your Mind 1M, 5K, 10K, 13.1 26.2. We encourage you to be kind to yourself and to be gentle with others. Also, at least 15% of every registration to Mental Health America, an amazing organization that is dedicated to helping Americans achieve wellness by living mentally healthier lives.
