Be Kind To Your Mind 1M 5K 10K 13.1 and 26.2 Race Description
Did you know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month? We are helping create awareness with our fifth annual Be Kind to Your Mind 1M, 5K, 10K, 13.1 26.2. We encourage you to be kind to yourself and to be gentle with others.
Also, at least 20% of every registration to Mental Health America, an amazing organization that is dedicated to helping Americans achieve wellness by living mentally healthier lives.

What: This is a 1M 5K 10K 13.1 or 26.2 virtual race in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month! You choose which distance you will complete.
When: Complete your race any time in 2021!
*Medals and bibs will start shipping out April 15th. After that they will ship out within 2 to 5 days of signing up.
Where: You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us).
Why: Because this is our way of celebrating our beautiful minds!
Cost: The price is $25 and that includes your medal, bib and shipping. Plus, at least 20% of every entry will be donated to Mental Health America. *We are in no way affiliated with this charity, we like to choose a different charity for each of our races and are happy to raise funds for them.
