Did you know that International Friendship Day is July 30, 2022?!?! What better way to celebrate than to run/walk the Friends Forever 1M 5K 10K 13.1 or 26.2 in honor of the friends in our lives.  Who is the FLIP to your FLOP? Complete your race anytime in July r August 2022!

To celebrate we are hosting a VIRTUAL  1M 5K 10K 13.1 26.2  race, where you can choose which distance to run (or walk) and dedicate to a friend in your life. You will get a Friends Forever – You are the Flip to my Flop  medal set and be able to give one of the medals to your friend! Better yet, get your friend to complete your race with you!

Along with celebrating BEST FRIENDS,  we will also be donating at least 15% of each registration to Soles 4 Souls. Since 2006 Soles4Souls has collected and distributed 26 million pairs of shoes to those in need in 127 countries around the world and all 50 states in the U.S.

• Races can be completed anytime in July or August 2022!
• Complete a 1M 5k 10K 13.1 or 26.2  to get your medal! You choose where and when to complete your race
