Did you know that September 22 is the birthday of Bilbo and Frodo Baggins, two of our favorite Halflings?!? We are celebrating with our first ever Halfling Hustle 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2. So get those hairy feet and short legs ready to race! This is in honor of all halflings everywhere!
September is also Leukemia and Lymphoma Awareness Month, so we will be donating at least 15% of every registration to Be The Match, “for the thousands of people diagnosed every year with life-threatening blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma, a cure exists. Over the past 25 years Be The Match ® , operated by the National Marrow Donor Program ® (NMDP), has managed the largest and most diverse marrow registry in the world. We work every day to save lives through transplant.”
- Races can be completed anytime in September 2021, even better if it’s September 22.
- 1 mile, 5k, 10k, 13.1, and 26.2 virtual races are available — you choose which distance you want to complete
- Great for all ages
- A percentage of race registration fees will be donated to Be The Match.
- Registration Fee: $25 (includes a medal, bib, and shipping)
- Medals and bibs will begin shipping out mid-July 2021
- Official halfling gear is available here for a limited time only
