(race date estimated)Full Moon Challenge Race Description
National Moon Day is July 20th, the day man first walked on the moon. To celebrate we are holding a Full Moon Challenge in honor of each full moon of the year.
When: Complete your race any time between July 1 and July 31, 2016, even better complete it on the night of the full moon, July 19th, or on National Moon Day, July 20th.
Where: You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us).
What: There are twelve full moons each year so you will run (or walk) twelve miles. You can do it all at once, or break it into increments, as long as you complete all twelve miles in the month of July.
