Get ready to roar with the sixth race of our Dinosaurs! Virtual Race Series! For each event, we are highlighting a different dinosaur, and for this virtual race, we celebrate the BRONTOSAURUS! Once you complete your race, whether you earn your miles by running outside, on the treadmill, or walking around the neighborhood, you’ll receive this Brontosaurus running medal – which glows in the dark!

• Event begins in October or November 2020
• 1 mile, 5k, 10k, half-marathons, and marathon virtual races are available — you choose which distance you want to complete
• 15 percent of registration fees will be donated to Soles4Souls
• You’ll receive a Brontosaurus glow-in-the-dark race medal upon completion of your event
• Official t-shirt and hoodie are available here for purchase for a limited time only

Like all of our virtual races, you get to choose the distance you want to complete anytime in October 2020. These are virtual races, so they can be completed anytime, anywhere. Additionally, 15 percent of race registration fees will be donated to Soles4Souls, a non-profit social enterprise that has collected and distributed 26 million pairs of shoes to those in need in 127 countries around the world and all 50 states in the U.S. since 2006. About the Brontosaurus: meaning “thunder lizard” from Greek βροντή, brontÄ“ “thunder” and σαῦρος, sauros “lizard”) is a genus of gigantic quadruped sauropod dinosaurs.  Brontosaurus had a long, thin neck and a small head adapted for a herbivorous lifestyle; a bulky, heavy torso; and a long, whip-like tail.
